If the final product requires a higher resistance value of the shrapnel, it is recommended to use stainless steel with double side nickel plated or stainless steel with single side gold plated material.


How to use

When testing the shrapnel, please note some things as follows.

  1. When installing the shrapnel placement work slot, make sure that the shrapnel placement work slot is on a flat plane.
  2. Do not press the shrapnel with your fingers as much as possible during the shrapnel installation. If you press the shrapnel with your fingers, try not to use it on the product.
  3. The working slot of the shrapnel installation needs to leave extra space to avoid the deformation of the shrapnel under pressure, which will lead to the outward extension of the shrapnel, and the normal service life of the shrapnel will be affected if the margin is not enough to lead to the deformation of the shrapnel under pressure.
  4. The use of shrapnel do not always press the shrapnel, to avoid causing failure or damage, the key frequency is not too fast, generally in 3 ~ 5s once do not fall below this number.
  5. Shrapnel can not be soaked in water for a long time, in the water for a long time the surface will line into a layer of oxide film, affecting the conductivity.
  6. Shrapnel life test, it is recommended that the use of ball-type silicone head, to avoid pressure during the test led to shrapnel breakage.
  7. Shrapnel pressure test, you need to measure according to the requirements of the product specification, test pressure first pre-release the stress of the shrapnel, first pre-press 10 times before the pressure test. Pressure test head has specified requirements, product specifications have test requirements.

When using the shrapnel, try to use the same batch of shrapnel, and avoid mixing different batches of shrapnel.


Product Introduction
